Ellesmere Callas grow and supply calla lily tubers to New Zealand commercial flower growers and home gardeners.
Our harvest begins in May and the tubers are available for delivery to you from late August. The vibrant colours of the Calla lily make it one of the most sought after cut flowers.

The size of the tuber determines the number of flower stems it will produce under good growing conditions in its first season. Flower stem production increases each year as the tuber grows bigger. Tubers under 3cm will produce flowers in the second year while larger tubers will produce flowers in their first season. Retail prices range from $1.60 to $6.00 plus freight, depending on tuber size, with a minimum order of four tubers. Discounts are available for orders of 20 or more tubers.
Tubers are ready for planting from September to late November and will bloom about two months later.
